East Pipes Signs Contract Worth More Than SAR 771 Million with Aramco to Supply Steel Pipes
East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry announced today, Sunday, September 20, 2026, that it has signed a new contract with Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) worth more than SAR 771 million, including value-added tax, in a deal that strengthens the portfolio of the Saudi company specializing in steel pipe manufacturing.
According to the disclosure published through the Saudi Exchange, the contract covers the manufacture and supply of steel pipes for Aramco and will be executed over six months. The company said the contract’s financial impact will begin in the fourth quarter of its 2026/2027 fiscal year and extend through the first quarter of the 2027/2028 fiscal year.
Details of East Pipes’ Contract with Aramco
The new agreement comes just days after East Pipes announced on September 15 that it had signed another contract with Aramco worth approximately SAR 20 million, including value-added tax, to manufacture and supply steel pipes over four months. September has thus emerged as an active month for the company’s contracts with a major customer in Saudi Arabia’s energy sector.
The company’s disclosure regarding the new contract confirmed that there are no related parties. The deal is additionally significant because of its size compared with the previous contract, as well as the expected extension of its financial impact across two fiscal quarters.
Industrial Capabilities in Dammam
East Pipes was established in 2010 and operates integrated manufacturing facilities in Dammam’s Second Industrial City. According to the company’s official data, its production capacity is approximately 500,000 metric tons per year of spiral submerged arc-welded pipes used in water, oil and gas applications.
The company’s operations include pipe manufacturing, double joining and coating, while the coating facility has an annual capacity of 4.5 million square meters. The company says it has previously supplied products for multiple projects for Aramco and other major entities in the infrastructure sectors.
What Does the Contract Mean Financially?
East Pipes clearly specified the period during which the contract’s financial impact will appear, from the fourth quarter of the current 2026/2027 fiscal year through the first quarter of 2027/2028. Signing the contract does not, in itself, guarantee a specific level of profit; actual margins and results will remain linked to execution, costs and accounting timing.
In July, the company announced its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting revenue of approximately SAR 520.7 million and net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately SAR 122.9 million, according to its official data. These figures provide context for the size of the new contract without representing a forecast of its future results.
East Pipes on the Saudi Market
