Hadaf Injects SAR 1.96 Billion Through 26 Partnerships to Train and Employ 16,000 Saudis

English versionالعربية

The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) announced that it had entered into 26 strategic partnerships from the beginning of 2026 through the end of July, with total support amounting to approximately SAR 1.96 billion, aimed at training, qualifying and employing more than 16,000 Saudi men and women.

The partnerships cover a wide range of sectors, including industry, transport, logistics, telecommunications, information technology, tourism, sports, healthcare, media, education, construction and the nonprofit sector.

Training Linked to Market Needs

These partnerships are part of an approach focused on linking training programs to actual labor-market needs. Support is therefore not limited to theoretical preparation, but extends to pathways that lead to job opportunities or enhance jobseekers’ readiness for in-demand positions.

The scale of funding allocated to the programs reflects the expanding investment in human capital, particularly in sectors experiencing rapid growth and increasing demand for specialized skills.

Opportunities Across Diverse Sectors

The range of fields covered gives jobseekers broader options beyond the traditional focus on a limited number of sectors. The expansion of tourism, technology, logistics, healthcare and media is opening new pathways for graduates and experienced professionals seeking to move into high-growth fields.

This step comes in parallel with Saudization and digital-transformation programs in the labor market, increasing the importance of acquiring practical, measurable skills directly aligned with employers’ needs.
